This is why I don't run....
This article was on msn this morning and I think it is a great reason not to run. I know some people love to run but I hate it. Even jogging is pushing it. I am not lazy, mind you. I love to walk and hike but running is just not my cup of tea.

A man died after crossing the finish line at the Toronto Marathon on Sunday morning. After receiving cheers following the completion of the 21-kilometre half-marathon around 11:15 a.m., the man, who appeared around 40, walked a few metres and then sat on the curb. He then collapsed in the arms of medical personnel.
Marathon officials at the scene tried to revive the runner but were unsuccessful. He was transported to hospital with no vital signs.
Witnesses told 680 News radio station in Toronto that it took 15 minutes for an ambulance to arrive due to road closures. The man's name has not been released.
Marathon legend Bill Rodgers, who fired the starting pistol for the 10,000 runners, was distraught as he witnessed the man being taken away by emergency officials. "It was so sad, I wish I could have done something," said Rodgers, 56, a four-time winner of both the Boston and New York marathons.
It's the third death in five years at the Toronto Marathon. Another man died during last year's race and there was another death in 2001.
